This policy explains what personal data D Consulting collects through dconsult.me, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We keep it deliberately short and plain.
Who is responsible
D Consulting (Itai Gal), Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. For any privacy question or request, email itai@dconsult.me.
What we collect
- Details you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and your message.
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and referring source. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Your language choice. Stored locally in your browser so the site remembers English or Hebrew. This never leaves your device.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if relevant, to prepare a proposal.
- To understand which content is useful and improve the site.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis is your consent (analytics) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf: Google (analytics), our form delivery provider, and our email provider. Our site is hosted on GitHub Pages.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept as long as needed for the business relationship and any legal obligation. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email itai@dconsult.me and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
The site uses analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use the site.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
