## Proprietary technology
- **Pacer** — self-learning revenue management. Builds per-property pickup curves from
  multi-year on-the-books data, re-weights seasons when the market shifts, and runs an
  audit layer that scores its own past recommendations and recalibrates.
- **OpenBook** — source-agnostic reservation analytics. Reads an export from virtually any
  PMS or channel, normalises it, and reports channel mix, lead time, length of stay,
  room-type performance, seasonality and cancellation behaviour. Runs client-side.
- **Automated reporting** — weekly pace reports and monthly deep-dives assembled from live
  data, always reviewed by a human before delivery.
