Revenue & Distribution Analyst, Hotels

Booking · Expedia · Airbnb 15-25 hrs/week Mostly remote No experience needed Paid training

D Consulting advises boutique hotels and guest houses in Israel and across Europe on pricing, online distribution and revenue growth. You start on the practical side: what the guest sees on Booking, Expedia, Airbnb and the booking engines. Later you move on to the analytical side too: rates, reports and analyses. We work with AI tools and with internal tools we build ourselves, so the work is more precise and faster and leaves time for thinking.

No prior experience in the field needed. We teach everything from the start, and training is paid from the first hour.

What you'll do

Content: loading property and room descriptions, photos, facilities and policies on Booking, Expedia, Airbnb and the booking engines. Materials arrive ready from the client; you make sure they display correctly and consistently on every channel
Promotions: setting up promotions and discounts agreed with the client on every channel and in the booking engine, then checking as a guest that each one shows, at the right rate and on the right dates
Channel setup: setting a hotel up on a channel where it is not yet sold (room types, rate plans, cancellation policies) and connecting it to the channel manager that feeds it rates and inventory, then checking that rates and inventory arrive correctly

What you'll learn with us

Rates and inventory: loading rates, inventory and restrictions (such as minimum stay) into the hotel's PMS, which feeds every channel
Rate checks: making sure the rate is the same on every channel and on the hotel's website, and reviewing competitor rates
Performance reports: updating clients' weekly reports (occupancy, average daily rate and revenue against target) and flagging dates that drift from target
Analyses: analysing the channel mix and building events and demand calendars
Advanced tools: working with AI tools and our own internal tools, and suggesting new and better ways to do the work
You move to each new area after training and supervised work.

Good to know

The channel work is routine and demands precision: many screens, fields and settings, and a promotion set up wrong costs the client money. It is also how you learn how each channel works from the inside.

What matters to us

  • An eye for detail: noticing that a double room photo was uploaded to the suite by mistake
  • Good English, reading and writing: every interface is in English
  • Excel or Google Sheets skills, comfort with web admin systems, and the ability to learn a new system on your own
  • Availability for part of the work during the day, Sunday to Thursday

Nice to have

  • Experience with Booking Extranet, Expedia Partner Central, Airbnb or a channel manager
  • Hotel front desk or reservations experience, or familiarity with Mini Hotel or Optima
  • Experience with and curiosity about AI tools
  • GDS and consortia rates: a significant advantage

What you get

  • High pay for the right candidates
  • 15-25 hours a week, hours set together
  • Mostly remote, with working sessions in central Israel
  • Full training, paid from the first hour
  • Hands-on experience with operating hotels in Israel and Europe, and with the systems the whole industry runs on
  • Freelance, paid hourly on invoice (you need a registered business in Israel: osek patur or osek murshe)
